The bad news is, your desk job could be killing you. The good news is, you can do something about it:
Do you ever watch Mad Men? The characters in that show are constantly smoking like chimneys and drinking like fish. You just don’t see that kind of broad-based self-destruction anymore. Nowadays we destroy ourselves with sedentary behaviors, awkward work set-ups, and crappy food. I fervently hope that in 20 years we’ll look back on all of our current bad habits with the same incredulity that we look at the smoking and drinking on Mad Men.
